Under the heading EDUCATIONAL REFORM FOR THE PEOPLE, the correct figures should be "also climbed from PHP 4.6 billion (actually released) in 2011 to PHP 13.1 billion in 2015" instead of PHP 4.6 million and PHP 13.1 million respectively.
